Where We Ship
We currently ship across Pakistan only, including major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta) and all other cities, towns, and remote areas nationwide.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: PKR 250 per order
- Free Shipping: On all orders of PKR 4,499 or more
Estimated Delivery Times
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta): 3–5 business days
- All other areas across Pakistan: 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If a COD order is not received, it may be returned to us and future COD orders from the same address may be restricted.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with our courier partner.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one available, incorrect address), the courier will typically make 1–2 additional attempts. If delivery continues to fail, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
